Supportive Ricardo is a very nice man who will do a very good job. Good luck ! More of the Same Seeing Furutani's tenure on the LAUSD board and the fiascos with building new high schools that couldn't open, huge drop out rates, millions spent on teacher salaries who could not be in the classroom due to discipline reasons, why would anyone want his endorsement? If you want LBUSD to look like LAUSD and the politics of bankrupt Sacramento it appears Furutani and Hall think you should vote for Linarez. If you want LBUSD to remain as the best urban school district in the country you might want to consider any candidate not endorsed by Hall or Furutani. lbresident LBUSD is a great school district. All thanks to the great teachers and staff working together with less resources. But I guess if you to continue to cut programs and classes, then you can vote for the other guy. Reading Ricardo's website, it sounds like he want to bring back programs, create a real partnership with stakeholders, and advocate for the needs of the community. U.S. Marine You have my vote. Once a Marine, Always a Marine. Intelligent Voter This election is barely started, so I don't know yet who has my vote. Once an Intelligent Voter, Always an Intelligent Voter.
