POLY 5   MILLIKAN 0
Rams goalkeeper Amanda Tuiloma did all she could against a barrage of Poly attacks, but the Jackrabbits were just too mach as Jazmine Rhodes converted a free kick to get the scoring started.  Lexi Braner had a free kick goal of her own for the Rams, but that was the only shot on goal for Millikan in the first half and they went to the break, 1-0.  Celeste Dominguez scored twice in the second half for Poly on nice service from Rhodes and Emily Strombom and Shea Davis followed suit adding two goals of her own.  Again, the solid Jackrabbit defense led by Sam Shier, Ebonie Buentrostro, Taylor Carter and Elliott Gentile helped tally another shutout victory.

WILSON 6    CABRILLO 0
The Bruins got goals from six different players as they finish their four-game week a perfect 4-0 by outscoring their opponents 29-0. Wilson will take a day off on Monday before traveling to Lakewood.  A win there will mathematically clinch the Moore League crown for the Bruins.

LAKEWOOD 9    JORDAN 0
The Lancers are gearing up for their showdown with Wilson on Tuesday, and they took care of business against Jordan with the help of a hat trick from Sarahvanni Bunma.

Looks like Wilson took care of the small fry quite nicely. The Lady Bruins got more to lose from this than the Lady Lancers.

Super Tuesday looming. Time to put up, both of you.

Come on JR, you know what the outcome is going to be. :)

Maybe, maybe not. But conventional wisdom dictates the second sentence in my prior post on this article.
