Demus has her eyes on London.
"It feels good," Demus said. "I've been the girl that
didn't make the team. I've been the girl that made the team and didn't win. I'm
just blessed and happy I'm on the team."
The
Wilson Bruin took the 400-meter hurdles title with a world-leading time of
53.78 at the USA Track and Field National Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Demus' time is the fastest in the world
this year and will look to complete the mission in London.
